1. Reservations

Reservations will be done by the customer through the web site, giving all
needed details.

The customer is fully responsible for the information supplied to bcnhouses.
2.
Changes
-
Any change in the reservation (dates, number of nights or persons per apartment)
is allowed to be done as long as there is availability or bcnhouses can make
the proper arrangements.

The changes will be requested until (3) days before the arrival date so that
bcnhouses can take them into consideration.

If the change in the reservation is related to a change in the date, after the
original arrival date, and it is requested out of the allowed period to do it
(3 days before the arrival date), a penalty, equivalent to one night stay, will
be charged to the customer.
3.
Cancellations

The customer may cancel his / her reservation without any additional cost, until
(3) days before the arrival date. After that, any cancellation will be
considered out of time and the customer will be charged additionally. This
extra charge will consist of one night stay.
4. Arrival and
Departure

The payment of the total stay will be done by the customer upon arrival to our
facilities and always before entering the apartment.

Entry to the apartments is from 14:00 on; departure from the apartments is at
11:30, latest.

The customer, upon arrival to Barcelona, at least 20 minutes before getting to
the apartments, is requested to call at +34 659 866 431 in order to confirm
arrival date.

Those customers arriving to the apartments later than 22:00 will be charged with
an extra amount of 20.
5. Cleaning

In BCN Houses, we are responsible to change towels, bed sheets, replacing
toilet papers and/or sweeping the floor from the fifth day of stay
6. Customer's
responsability
-
The customer is responsible for his / her behavior but also for the one of his /
her companions in the apartment. All customers are requested to respect
all norms in order to avoid any disturbance / annoyance to other guests and
neighbors in the building.

In the event that the customer breached any of the above mentioned obligations,
bcnhouses may unilaterally request the customer to leave the apartment. In this
case, the customer will not have the right to any compensation or cash
reimbursement.

The customer is responsible for keeping all furniture and electrical appliances
in good conditions.

In the case that, by negligence or carelessness, the customer damaged partially
or totally the furniture or any electrical appliance, he / she will be charged
with the expenses of repairing or replacement immediately.
